A Cool tool: Verse Mapping
Have you ever wanted to understand Scripture on a deeper level? Verse mapping is a great way to break down a verse, study its context, and connect it to the bigger picture of God’s Word.
What is Verse Mapping?
It’s a study method that helps you:
Choose a Verse: Select a scripture from the week’s reading.
Break It Down: Write it in your journal and highlight key words or phrases.
Study the Context: Use tools like the Blue Letter Bible App to look up meanings, cultural background, and cross-references.
Reflect: Ask, “What does this verse mean for me today, and how does it tie into the gospel message?”
Why It Matters:
Scripture wasn’t meant to be cherry-picked. Verse mapping helps us avoid that by showing us the full beauty and intention behind God’s Word.
